Malou Mukendi has 3 years of experience in the physical therapy field, graduating with medical billing & reimbursement certifications from Aurora Community and Arapahoe Community College. Malou has also experience in Medical office administrative, providing services to multiple site clinics.
Malou’s calling is to help people, which aligns to the philosophy of City Center Aurora, once being a patient herself. She’s an extraordinary mom with kids who needed immense help from a team of specialists and physical therapyists, leading her to thrive in this field as a patient service specialist.
She loves hearing the story of patients, from the step of a patient’s initial evaluation to graduation from their plan of care. Malou enjoys being part of the patient’s healing journey.
Malou’s a mother of 4 wonderful kids two boys and two girls. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her handsome husband and children. Cooking is her love language, which fits in her passion to give to others.
