After 30+ years in the software industry leading extraordinary talent across multiple disciplines, I embarked on a journey to bring value to my community in a very tangible way. Therefore, in July 2024, I decided to become an entrepreneur to help transform the careers of great talent in the healthcare industry, while delivering the best service possible to my local community. Immense research led me to open FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – City Center Aurora, which focuses on vestibular rehabilitation to address balance issues experienced by people of all ages.
In partnership with Marc Phillips, an amazing leader and Doctor of Physical Therapy, this opportunity has also allowed me to honor my amazing mother, Rita Williams (Hubert), and my brother, David Fitz, both who dedicated their lives to caring for others during their lifetimes. Although they are not here on this earth with me, FYZICAL City Center Aurora (and future locations) will continue to focus on building on their legacy of excellent & loving service to others.
My primary role is to create a culture of excellence for the team, empowering them to do their best work in caring for the needs of our community. This involves helping them care for themselves along the way. I’m often in the clinic. It would be my honor to meet you.
